The SELLERPRO SP700 booth is a booth that can be added to the main paint booth, as it is designed for fast operations (bumpers, doors removed, etc.). The parts are placed in the work area of the foldable mobile paint booth and can also be brought to a specific area where the car is placed. While using the main cabin for baking, you can already paint other vehicles and parts and not wait for the paint to dry. The main cabin is left for heavy work, thus optimizing the working time, it is largely profitable in terms of saving energy, time and working versatility The SP700 also solves the problem of space at the interior of the workshop, on the one hand being foldable, it only uses a small surface of it, and on the other hand it can be moved easily to the place where the part to be painted is. We know that often in a workshop the internal movement of vehicles has been always cumbersome. We also solve a time problem. You also save on maintenance, since changing the filters in the foldable mobile cabin is very simple and very quick.

PAINT CAB FILTRATION FOLDING MOBILE SELLERPRO SP700.

The SP700 contains 2 filters, the first is on the main block on wheels and the second is under the roof of the cabin. This is a fiberglass particulate or paint filter and it removes the vast majority of solvents in the air. This is a 1880 x 800mm one piece filter

(1.5 m2).

The second filter is located on the roof of the cabin, it is designed to retain small particles that have passed the first filter and ensure perfect cleaning of the air. It is a filter in 3 separate trays of 955 x 600 mm each (1.72 m2). Behind the first wall filter, we placed a fabric

of activated carbon.

TYPE OF MAINTENANCE FREQUENCY OF SUBSTITUTION

For replacement nothing could be simpler, remove the filter fixing screws located on the side profiles of the filter. Remove the filter, replace it with a new one and replace the straps by their respective screws. Replacing the roof filter: Remove the fixing screws from the trays containing the filter. Carry out the maneuver illustrated in the figure with the filter farthest from the cabin (in the doc) . Drag the central filter to the extracted filter position and perform the same extraction maneuver. Do the same operation with the last filter.

COMPOSITION OF THE SP700 FOLDABLE MOBILE PAINT BOOTH:

A riveted sheet metal main block on rollers which houses the motor, the fan, the control box and the fiberglass filter (like traditional cabins). Assemble with hinges to the second part which is foldable and which houses the small particulate filter. Above the folded part we have integrated a flexible part to maintain the air in the circuit. The air containing the paint solvents first passes through the first filter, thanks to the fan/extractor which will expel it through the duct then the air will pass through a second filter to filter the rest of the particles, to leave the clean work area ventilated and filtered.

The foldable mobile paint booth has an engine compartment that has a cover that can be removed with 4 screws. The Control Panel contains the engine ignition key with a warning light, a single-phase socket and an emergency button. It is important to specify that the motor has no contact with the air circulating inside the SP700 booth The SP700 mobile folding paint booth has the particularity and the great advantage of having several modes of use by positioning it differently. the first area is under the roof and measures 1m x 2m in area. It is used to work with small parts inside mounted on trestles. The second zone is a zone where you can place a vehicle in parallel in order to paint certain parts (doors, wheel arches, or both, etc.) while isolating yourself thanks to the special cover of the SP700.
