 Adjustable air blower openings on the air duct at the base of the oven maintain even air distribution at the set temperature.

     The heating unit is insulated with a 
     high density insulation material, mounted at 
     the back of the oven and has the capacity 
     to increase the oven temperature to 
    220°C. 
 The circulation fan is located inside the heater unit which maintains high efficiency circulation. The resistors are mounted in a deflector fashion to provide maximum heat transfer to the flowing air while passing through this area.
 The heating unit includes a resistance cell, a circulation fan, a maintenance cover and an electrical installation up to the control panel.
 1.2. CART
 Trolley frame with cast wheels is included. The necessary additional carriage, its design, moving mechanisms, additional supports, construction, etc. will be the responsibility of the buyer.
 1.3. CONTROL PANEL AND ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
 The electrical control panel is mounted on the oven and the internal wiring has been carried out. The control panel consists of SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC brand control panel elements.
