PAINT CAB FILTRATION FOLDING MOBILE SELLERPRO SP700.
The SP700 contains 2 filters, the first is on the main block on wheels and the second is under the roof of the cabin. This is a fiberglass particulate or paint filter and it removes the vast majority of solvents in the air. This is a 1880 x 800mm one piece filter
(1.5 m2).
The second filter is located on the roof of the cabin, it is designed to retain small particles that have passed the first filter and ensure perfect cleaning of the air. It is a filter in 3 separate trays of 955 x 600 mm each (1.72 m2). Behind the first wall filter, we placed a fabric
of activated carbon.
TYPE OF MAINTENANCE FREQUENCY OF SUBSTITUTION
For replacement nothing could be simpler, remove the filter fixing screws located on the side profiles of the filter. Remove the filter, replace it with a new one and replace the straps by their respective screws. Replacing the roof filter: Remove the fixing screws from the trays containing the filter. Carry out the maneuver illustrated in the figure with the filter farthest from the cabin (in the doc) . Drag the central filter to the extracted filter position and perform the same extraction maneuver. Do the same operation with the last filter.
COMPOSITION OF THE SP700 FOLDABLE MOBILE PAINT BOOTH:
A riveted sheet metal main block on rollers which houses the motor, the fan, the control box and the fiberglass filter (like traditional cabins). Assemble with hinges to the second part which is foldable and which houses the small particulate filter. Above the folded part we have integrated a flexible part to maintain the air in the circuit. The air containing the paint solvents first passes through the first filter, thanks to the fan/extractor which will expel it through the duct then the air will pass through a second filter to filter the rest of the particles, to leave the clean work area ventilated and filtered.

The Control Panel contains the engine ignition key with a warning light, a single-phase socket and an emergency button.
